land dispute dynamo group vs gift chibuisi featured image

🚨

At EncumberedProperties.com, our mission is clear: to protect investors from falling victim to real estate fraud, encumbered properties, and disputed land transactions. Today, we are raising a critical fraud alert on two specific plots of land in Anambra State that are currently under legal and ethical dispute.

The Background:

These plots were originally allocated to Mr. Gift Chibuisi Godsgift by Dynamo Group Limited, a real estate company. However, the same company has now revoked the allocations, claiming misconduct on the part of Mr. Chibuisi.

Here are the locations of the plots in question:

Plot One: Hakuna Matata Estate, Isiagu, Awka.

Plot Two: Dynamo Agro Layout, Oba Ofemili, Awka North LGA.

Now, Dynamo Group claims that ownership has reverted back to the company, but we urge the public to pause and apply extreme caution. Also you don’t want to buy trouble with your hard-earned money.

The Red Flags You Must Not Ignore:

1. What Was the Original Consideration?

Every valid land transaction involves a consideration (value given or paid for the land), this can be cash or services rendered. If Mr. Chibuisi paid money for the land, it legally belongs to him and shouldn’t be subject to any future behavioral conditions.

If the land was given in exchange for services (goodwill, loyalty, etc.), that consideration remains binding unless there are specific, legal covenants attached to the use of the land.

2. Can Misconduct Void Land Ownership?

No, not by unilateral action.

Even if there was misconduct, revocation cannot be enforced without due legal process. Also, proper notices must be served, and in most cases, only a court of law can authorize revocation or reversal of land ownership.

Claiming that ownership can be revoked based on alleged misconduct is not just questionable, it also sets a dangerous legal precedent and can be viewed as modern-day servitude.

No legitimate land sale should entrap someone with undefined behavioral conditions.

Our Position:

We are not siding with Dynamo Group or Mr. Gift Chibuisi. However, based on current facts, the status of these two plots is legally unclear, which makes them encumbered properties.

Until the original terms of allocation and the legal interest of Mr. Chibuisi are fully clarified, NO ONE should attempt to purchase these properties, not from Dynamo Group, not from the allottee, and not from any agent.

Protect Yourself: Know Before You Buy!

Land transactions in Nigeria can be complicated and also risky. The smart investor ensures they are not stepping into a deal that may later be declared null and void.

Don’t buy based on appearances, but buy based on clear legal standing.
