‎THE GROWING LIST OF ILLEGAL ESTATES

Earlier in the year, the number of blacklisted estates stood at 155. However, the Ministry has now identified 11 additional illegal layouts, bringing the total to 166.

‎This expansion underscores a disturbing trend: new “estates” keep springing up, marketed aggressively to unsuspecting buyers despite lacking government approval.
